We are pleased to announce our speakers are Dr. Susan J. Spieker, UW Professor of Family & Child Nursing and Director of the Center on Infant Mental Health & Development and WA State Rep. Ruth Kagi, the Chair of the Early Learning & Human Services Committee. As always, we will also ask a young mother to share with you her experience as a Healthy Start participant.
